Diane’s proposed outline for the day is:

  • What is supervision?
  • How to identify what you want and need from supervision –

and to learn how to ask for it.

  • Discover how to make the best use of group and one-to-one supervision.
  • Explore the basics of Normative, Formative and Restorative supervision and

the 7 eyed model.

  • How to enjoy your supervision experiences!

The day will be interspersed with group and one-to-one experiential exercises and discussion. Copies of the power-point slides are included in the workshop.

Diane and HACP’s hosts for the day will look forward to seeing you there.
