I am BACP Accredited working with young people and adults. I provide a warm, professional and confidential space for you to think about the problems and issues which are troubling you. I work with many issues - anxiety, loss & bereavement, eating disorders, anger, depression, self-harm, friendship issues, relationship and family breakdowns, self-esteem or low confidence - and many more.
