I am a qualified, registered counsellor and life coach and my private practice is based in Curdridge, near Southampton. My style of working is integrative which means that I am trained to use a range of counselling skills to support you. I offer short-term solution focused therapy and longer term psychotherapeutic counselling.
I am a senior accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Coaching Division, an accredited registrant of the National Counselling Society and a qualified clinical counselling supervisor.
I offer face-to-face confidential counselling, life coaching, telephone counselling, online/video counselling and clinical supervision. With over 14 years experience working as a counsellor both privately and for the NHS, I have experience of working in organisational and private hospital settings, GP surgeries and private practice.
