If you are looking to explore how creative approaches can support you or your loved one, you’ve come to the right place.
Dramatherapists are trained to Masters Level and we are termed Arts ‘Psychotherapists by our governing body, which is the Health Care and Professions Council. You can find my registration number here www.hcpc-uk.org/check-the-register/register-results/?query=CLARKSON&profession=AS
I am also a full member of the British Association of Dramatherapists and more information can be found on the Badth website.
When you come to therapy, I will listen very carefully to what you say, but also to what is being communicated nonverbally and through the chosen materials and structures chosen. This might include imagery, metaphor, archetypes, movement, story making and telling – the list is extensive.
I believe you have the resources and self- knowledge to heal inside you, and my job is to help you recognize and develop your skills and move successfully towards your goals. Creative explorations are at the heart of the work.
Please feel free to be in touch for a free 20-minute phone/ online call to discuss how I might be able to help.
