I offer 1-1 and family counselling for adults and young people, age 11+. My practice is integrative, tailored to meet the needs of the client. But overall, I aim to help clients interact with their thoughts and feelings differently in order to lead a more meaningful life. This largely draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Family work is strongly informed by Attachment Theory.
