Counselling Offered
I offer a secure and confidential space to explore your feelings and emotions. In life, we tend to think how others will respond/react to us, which can lead to us being unable to be open up. This is where counselling differs and gives you that platform to find answers and manage problems more easily. I am a non directive counsellor, I am easy going and laid back and will hopefully put you at ease in what can be a very stressful time.
