Other ServicesI offer short (6-12 sessions) and long term (open-ended) counselling sessions. You decide what feels most useful. Counselling offers a safe and supportive environment to reflect on your experiences, enabling you to find new ways to accept or resolve your problems, a different perspective, and the ability to move forward with your life. This can be helpful when working through issues such as stress, anxiety, low mood or relationship problems.
FeesI offer an introductory session for £20.00 and ongoing fees vary between £40.00 to £60.00 depending on the day and time of day. Concessions will be available for those in need, please ask.
For Counselling Students my fee is £40.00.
