I am a fully qualified and registered Humanistic counsellor. I provide a confidential and safe space for adults to explore and work through their difficulties. I am experienced in supporting a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, work stress, anger, relationships, bereavement, domestic and sexual abuse and low self-esteem.
