Counselling Offered
I offer counselling, EMDR and supervision to adults from rooms in Fareham & Online. I have completed over 7500+ hours practice since completing my HND in Person Centered Counselling in 2009. I have worked with clients experiencing bereavement, depression, eating disorders, self confidence worries, sexuality, self image issues, rape & sexual assault. Trauma Counselling is where I have completed many of my hours.
