I am a Humanistic Gestalt counsellor; I offer a safe, confidential and supportive place where a person may explore their difficult experiences and problems. I have experience in working with a wide range of issues including: domestic violence, childhood and adult sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, relationships and low self-esteem. I am bilingual and am fluent in English and Urdu language. i provide face to face counselling as well as via telephone and video.
I am also and EMDR therapist and provide EMDR therapy for clients who suffer anxiety, trauma and any other issue that they would like to work on.
