I work with adults from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges, and who are looking for a supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My aim is to provide a warm and understanding environment where clients feel comfortable reflecting, gaining insight, and moving towards greater clarity and well-being.
Fees
Sessions are £50 for 60 minutes and £70 for 90 minutes. I also offer concessionary rates, which we can discuss before starting if needed.
