Counselling Offered

I am a Gestalt relational counsellor experienced in working with a range of presenting issues including, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties. One area that I specialise in is autism and other neurodivergent profiles. This includes, (and not limited to): Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, Asperger’s Syndrome, Tourette’s Syndrome, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. I also provide a counselling service to family members, friends, carers, and the wider community that support autistic and neurodivergent individuals. My sessions are neuro-affirmative and LGBTQ+ friendly. Being autistic and neurodivergent myself means that I can relate to, and have experienced first-hand, some of the opportunities and challenges resulting from being autistic and neurodivergent.

I offer short term and long term, online or telephone counselling sessions to adults of all ages within the UK. I also offer sessions in-person at my private practice, in Fareham, Hampshire.
