Counselling Offered
I have over 40 years experience and have found many approaches helpful in my own journey towards health. In my Southsea practice, I offer a warm and peaceful place to discuss issues that affect your health and well-being. I work with a wide range of issues: relationships, depression, anger, panic attacks, loss, anxieties, self harm, sexuality etc.
