Counselling Offered

As well as my person-centred counselling, I have trained in Hakomi, a mindfulness-based psychotherapy. As human beings we can make choices that can lead to healing and more freedom, creativity and choice. I work with depression, stress, anxiety, pain, loss and relationship difficulties. I have specialist experience with chronic fatigue, trauma, and eating disorders. I have a particular interest in spiritual inquiry.
